Who is going to read this, and why?

01Piensa en algo que escribiste esta semana.
02¿Para quién era?
03¿Qué habrías cambiado si el lector fuera otro?

Desempeños

I
Distinguir los géneros textuales y su propósito.
II
Ajustar registro y estructura al lector.
III

“Same content, different reader, different text.”

Informar vs. Convencer

Report
Attendance fell by 12% in May.
Neutro y verificable. El lector saca sus propias conclusiones.
Opinion piece
This alarming drop demands action.
Valorativo.
📖Lectura contextualizada

Two Versions of the Same Fact

Report: "Student attendance decreased by 12% during May." Opinion column: "A worrying collapse in attendance last May should alarm every parent in this city." Same data, two purposes, two texts.
